Step 1: Coarse filtering
Coarse filtration is roughly filtering. Prepare a large pot, add water to it, and then put the bee spleen we collected into a sack. When the bee tribe usually uses a fertilizer bag, there is a plastic bag in the middle. The sack is outside. It looks a bit like snakeskin, so in our Guizhou there is a saying that snakeskin pockets. The hole in the snakeskin pocket is relatively large, and some of the larger material can pass through. We can put the waste spleen into the snakeskin pocket first, then tie the pocket and put it in hot water, so the beeswax will flow out when heated, and the waste residue Remaining in the pocket, we squeezed the pocket with tongs to let the beeswax completely flow out, waiting for cooling. The beeswax floated on the water surface, and the impurities were in the water, but the filtration was not complete, so a second filtration was performed.
Step 2: Secondary filtering
The second filtration can choose gauze to filter, the holes should be smaller, put the beeswax filtered last time inside, and then cook, at this time you will find that the beeswax cooked out is better, but there are still some impurities, use the above method , Squeeze the beeswax clean, then take it out for the last filtration.
Step 3: The last filtering
For the last filtration, you can use a white cloth with smaller holes, put the beeswax in it, tie it up, and then heat and melt it. At the same time, squeeze the beeswax completely out. At this time, the beeswax is relatively clean, and almost no impurities can be seen. Become our ideal beeswax.
