Honey, according to the physical state, can distinguish a few

Honey has two different physical states at normal temperature and atmospheric pressure, i.e., liquid and crystalline (whether honey is stored in a nest cavity or separated from a nest). Liquid honey, that is, honey, separated from the hive and always maintains a transparent or translucent viscous liquid. However, most varieties of honey after a period of time, especially when the temperature is low, gradually forming crystalline structure, so honey known as crystalline honey.
